Clergy & Spouses Retreat – Sumas 2024

This May we are holding a retreat for ANiC clergy and their spouses at Cedar Springs Christian Retreat Center in Sumas Washington (just across the U.S. border from Abbotsford BC). The retreat is designed to provide a time of great fellowship and encouragement, biblical teaching and worship, and physical rest.

Our theme this year is The Life of Prayer and our speakers will be Julie-Lane Gay (Author of “The Riches of His Grace–Living in the Book of Common Prayer”), Bishop Mike Stewart, and Bishop Dan Gifford.

In particular this year we would really like to encourage our clergy spouses to attend if at all possible. It is wonderful to have them with us. We know that this retreat is set in the West but any and all ANiC clergy are welcome.

We also know it is a significant financial investment to attend, and we don’t want the registration cost to be a barrier to coming. So, we do have full and partial bursaries available upon request. You can contact our Archdeacon for Clergy Care, Ven. Paul Crossland, for more information: paulcrossland@anic.church
