About Strategic Ministry Planning
Strategic Ministry Planning – an incredible tool developed for ANiC by consultants Joan and Ken Deeks – provides a framework to guide you and your parish as you move beyond day-to-day activities to see the big picture of why your particular parish exists, what it needs to do, and how to do it.
If your leadership team is sensing the need to invest time and thought in evaluating your church’s ministry and in planning for greater effectiveness, this tool is for you.
Workshop preparation
To prepare for this seminar please review the Strategic Ministry Planning tool which is posted on ANiC’s secure website. All ANiC clergy and congregation leaders should have access to the secure site. If you are registered for this session and do not have access to the secure website, contact the ANiC office.
Once you are registered for this seminar, please take the time to peruse the Strategic Ministry Planning manual so that you are familiar with it and will be able to fully benefit from the seminar.
