On November 29, Bishop Charlie participated in a children's evangelistic meeting in Lennoxville. Then on November 30, at Emmaus Anglican Church in Montreal, he spoke to a combined service of all Quebec churches and installed the Rev Trevor Potter as rector of Emmaus.
