Ordination of the Revs Jonathan Ellis & Ka Hyun MacKensie to the priesthood |

Bishop Trevor Walters ordained two priests at Milner Chapel last Sunday - the Rev Jonathan Ellis who serves at Church of the Ascension (Langley, BC) and the Rev Ka Hyun MacKensie Shin who is church planting Burnaby. The event was hosted by Ascension which normally meets for worship in the George Preston Centre in Langley. Clergy came from Vancouver Island and some of the 17 ANiC churches throughout the Lower Mainland. The preacher was Jonathan's father the Rev Ron Ellis, rector of Church of Our Lord Victoria.
