Workshops: Art of Translation (April 18, 1:45pm) & Art of Implementation (April 19, 1:45pm)

These workshops will focus on:
• intentionally translating the Gospel to local people groups
• implementing this locally, and
• leading change in local parishes
These workshops will include small group discussions, story-telling and teaching. Since front-line ministry usually requires a team, the workshops will also feature a number of “guest appearances”.
Workshop leaders: Rev Josh Wilton, Rev Chris Zoephel, Neil VanHeerden
These Anglican leaders, all serving the Living God in Victoria, BC, are working on the front-lines of church planting, church revitalization and social justice in the urban setting. In addition to their current ministries, the team is able to draw on past ministry experiences, from starting and running regional and national ministries, to pastoring in other cultures and settings. However, they say their most valuable lessons were learned from all the “boneheaded mistakes” they made along the way!
