ANiC Council is seeking to fill 8 Vacancies at this year's Annual Synod

|
Ihe Anglican Network in Canada is seeking to fill eight vacancies on the ANiC Council at the annual synod, scheduled for October 26-28, 2016 in Vancouver.
Normally these positions would be a two-year term, extending from Synod 2016 to Synod 2018. However, to avoid large turnovers in future, some of these vacancies will be filled for one year only. The nominating committee will recommend one and two year terms as appropriate.
Eligibility criteria and conditions of appointment include:
• Be a committed Christian and evidence godly character. Please see the requirements of Church leaders that the
Apostle Paul outlines in 1 Timothy 3:1-13, 2 Timothy 2:1-13 and Titus 1:5-9.
• Adhere to ANiC's Statement of Faith.
• Be a member of an ANiC Church for a least one year.
• Support ANiC financially as able.
• Be at least 18 years of age and comply with Article 4 Section 1.4.1(e) of the ANiC Canons.
