When we hear about God's work in others, we are encouraged and our faith is strengthened. But too often we forget to share what God is doing in our midst. So, we want to give God the glory for His might work in forming, reforming and growing us into local expressions of His Bride the Church Universal. Then, when times get tough, we can remind ourselves of how He has worked in the past and gain courage to persevere through the darkness while hopefully expecting to see His goodness in the future.
