This year when you sign up for Synod you are automatically signed up for what we previously called 'workshop day'. This is now a part of the Synod programme.

*Workshop Day (Wednesday October 25th) will be taking place at the Crossroads Centre, 1295 North Service Rd, Burlington ON L7R 4M2. This day is now part of Synod and when you register you will be registered for the workshop day and have the ability to choose your top two workshop choices.

Reservations can be made by telephone at 1-800-SANDMAN or 289-881-7263 or through e-mail at res_oakville@sandman.ca. Individuals will need to state that they are with Anglican Network in Canada or quote the GROUP CODE 48870 to receive the special group rate of $109-$129 depending on the room. Please note that the cut-off date for these rooms and prices is September 23, 2017
*This hotel cost does not include breakfast however there is a restaurant attached to the hotel that serves breakfast and provides room service. For evening meals there are 2 restaurants available at the hotel OR within walking distance there are a few other choices of restaurants. Some rooms have kitchenettes available where you can stock up on breakfast and snacks if you prefer. There is a longo's within walking distance as well as a cinema and shopping. We will provide maps when you arrive for those wanting to eat off site.

Registration:
Registration is now closed. Please email admin@anglicannetwork.ca to find out if there is space available
Transportation:
1. Arriving at the Toronto airport (YYZ). We will not be providing transportation from the airport to the hotel. There are taxi and Uber services available at the airport. You can find more transportation options here.
2. Shuttles from the hotel to the Synod venue will be provided daily. A schedule will be sent out shortly before Synod of the times of those shuttles.
3. If you are driving to Synod and staying at the hotel we may be in contact with you to ask if you have any available seating for another delegate who will need a ride daily to the Synod venue.
4. There will be one shuttle available on the last day of Synod to take people to the Toronto airport. You can request this service when you register for Synod.
