Registration:
Pre-registration is required to attend this conference. After November 19, new registrations cannot be accepted. Sorry, we will not be able to accommodate those who come to the conference without pre-registering. If you have concerns contact the conference office.
Cost:
$225 per person.
Capacity:
Space is limited, so please register early to avoid disappointment.
Schedule:
Please plan to arrive at the conference site by 8:15 am on November 22 and leave after 6 pm on November 23. See the conference agenda.
Lodging:
A limited number of billets are available on a first come, first accommodated basis. Information about hotels and motels in the area is attached. Please make your own hotel arrangements. Please note, some hotels will only guarantee the special conference rate for bookings made by October 20.

Transport:
Some bus transportation will be made available from the Toronto and Hamilton airports, and possibly local bus and train stations. Please email your travel arrangements to transport@anglicannetwork.ca as soon as possible so we can try to accommodate any requests for pick-ups. If your travel arrangements do not coincide with our scheduled pick-ups, you will need to make your own local travel arrangements. See information for those arriving at the Hamilton airport. Meals:
In addition to conference materials, your conference fees include:
• Refreshments upon arrival each morning
• Coffee break refreshments each morning and afternoon
• Lunch both days
Dinner Friday evening, for those able to stay, is an extra $35.
Please let us know by November 12 of any food allergies or health concerns.
